A different kind of Christmas!
Merry Christmas! only that..... this christmas wasn't that merry for me afterall....only managed to get together with weiping,renjie, tianlin and many more for 1 night, and had to book in to camp on Christmas night so as to attend my unit's LIVE FIRING on the next day....but IN THE END? i remained behind because i couldn't wear uniform...so sad that i didn't get to see the explosions... anyway we're given 1 day off as compensation, but the damage has been done.....the Christmas night proved to be much more valuable than 1 day off.....1 day wasted + bookout seriously delayed.... how worst can it be>? confinement? was told by a sergeant that the guy who went AWOL(Absence Without Official Leave) in my platoon was caught and gonna be sent back on this coming friday....i think now i can see the reason for him to do that...if i were him months ago, i would have done the same...fortunately i was in tekong back then and was given better treatment....
currently still anxiously waiting for my posting to come...hope i can get posted to somewhere nearer to my place.... had a very terrible headache after doing nothing for whole day, gotta slip some pills and go to sleep now!
